When and where is Inforum?
Inforum, our annual user conference, was originally scheduled to take place November 9-11 in Las Vegas. We have decided to transition this event to a digital experience that will take place January 25-26, 2022 and will offer a unique experience that is content-rich and interactive.
Why should I attend Inforum?

What is the cost of the Inforum Digital?
Inforum Digital is a free event. Remember to browse the Inforum website often for schedule and program updates.
Why did you move the physical Inforum in Las Vegas to a digital event?
We have been closely monitoring conditions related to the COVID-19 pandemic and have chosen to move Inforum to a 100% digital event. The health and safety of our employees, customers, partners, and communities remain our top priority. Given the dangers associated with COVID-19 transmission and the future unknowns, we have decided to cancel the in-person portion of Inforum this year and to continue with only the digital program for the event. We look forward to enabling you to engage with experts and each other to share ideas and expand your product knowledge. We are disappointed that we can’t meet face to face again this year but look forward to seeing you in person next year.
How can I access the presentations once the event is over?
Once the digital event has concluded, you can use your same registration login to access the recorded on-demand sessions for 30 days following the event.
How do I register for Inforum Digital?

What if I registered for Inforum 2021 in person and did not receive a refund?
All refunds were issued on September 17 to the original method of payment unless a rollover was requested. If you have any questions, email us.
Will I be reimbursed for my lost travel and accommodation costs?
We canceled all attendee hotel reservations made through the conference website. If you booked a hotel outside the conference website, you’ll need to contact the hotel directly to cancel your reservation.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund for your travel expenses.
If I have already registered for the in-person Inforum, will I need to register again for the digital event?
No. You will be automatically registered for Inforum Digital. If you haven’t already registered for Inforum Digital, register now.
Where can I see what Education Sessions will be available to me?
Once available, you will be able to view our online course catalog, which will allow you to search and filter on the courses that best fit your interest. Look for the course catalog soon.
Can I receive CPE credits for attending Education Sessions at Inforum?
At this time, we do not certify our courses for CPE credits.
