When and where is Inforum?
Inforum 2021 will be held November 9-11, 2021 at CAESARS FORUM, 3911 Koval lane, in Las Vegas, NV.
Why should I attend Inforum?
At Infor, we’re obsessed with customer success. Inforum is one way we prove it. This one-of-a-kind event is your all-access pass to the information and resources you need to optimize the value of your Infor investment.
What is the recommended attire for Inforum?
Business casual. Temperatures in Las Vegas average 70 degrees Fahrenheit in November. Temperatures can vary in the meeting rooms; however, so a light jacket is recommended as well as comfortable shoes.
Will luggage check be available at the convention center?
On Thursday, luggage storage will be available in the lobby of CAESARS FORUM for all Inforum attendees. Prior to Thursday, guests may drop off luggage with a bellman at the main entrance at the hotel at which you are staying.
Will there be a mobile app to stay up-to-date on the event?
Yes, information on the mobile app will be made available to registered attendees in October 2021.
Where can I find information about the cost to attend Inforum?
Please refer to the Registration and Pricing page for information on cost, group discounts, our cancellation policy and more.
Multiple people from my company are attending. How can we make sure to get the discount?
The group package option must be selected during registration in order to receive the discount. You cannot buy individual passes and bundle them later to receive the discount.
I am only able to attend one day of the conference, is that possible?
Day passes are available. The specific day must be selected at time of registration.
Can I bring a guest to the Welcome Reception and Customer Appreciation Event?
Guest passes are available for the Welcome Reception and can be purchased at time of registration or on-site at Inforum. At this time, there are no guest passes available for the Customer Appreciation Event. See pricing and restrictions.
Will meals be included in the registration fee and where will they be served?
The registration fee includes 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, coffee breaks and the Welcome Reception. Meals will be served on the Forum Plaza and the Welcome Reception will be held in The Hub.
I have registered but can no longer attend; can another person go in my place?
All substitutions must be sent in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. No fee will be charged for processing substitutions.
Where can I see what Education Sessions will be available to me?
Once available, you will be able to view our online course catalog, which will allow you to search and filter on the courses that best fit your interest. Look for the course catalog in August 2021.
Do you offer hands-on training sessions?
Yes, referred to as our Academy sessions, these are limited-size, hands-on computer lab classes offered across a number of products and a variety of topics. Please note only two Academy Sessions are allowed per registered customer.
How and when do I choose the sessions I want to attend?
The Agenda Builder is an online tool that allows you to build your own personal schedule for the conference. By using the online session catalog, you can add sessions to your personal agenda. Once you sign up for an Academy Session, your seat will be held for you. However, all other sessions added to your schedule do not guarantee a seat as all other sessions are first-come, first-serve seating only. The Agenda Builder will be available one month prior to the conference and will sync your schedule with the mobile app so that you have your schedule in the palm of your hand at all times.
I am interested in speaking at Inforum. How can I submit a presentation idea?
Each year, many of the most popular education sessions at Inforum are those presented by Infor customers just like you. Call for Presentations for Inforum 2021 is now closed.
Can I receive CPE credits for attending Education Sessions at Inforum?
At this time, we do not certify our courses for CPE credits.
Are there special hotel rates for Inforum attendees?
Yes, for Inforum 2021 there are two convenient hotels, Harrah’s and The Linq, available to conference attendees at discounted rates based on availability.
Can I contact the hotel directly to make a hotel reservation at the Inforum discounted rates?
To receive the Inforum discounted rate, reservations and/or changes to a reservation must be made as part of the registration process by October 11, 2021. Reservations can be made, or modified directly with the hotel beginning October 19, 2021. At that time, the Inforum discounted rate will be based upon availability and at the discretion of the hotel.
Will I receive a hotel confirmation number after booking my hotel?
You will receive a confirmation from the hotel generally two weeks prior to the event.
Will there be parking at the conference center?
Public parking for CAESARS FORUM is at Harrah’s parking garage which is the closest public parking option. Self-parking (subject to availability) for hotel guests and Nevada local residents is free with a valid driver’s license, but paid for non-guests of Harrah’s and non-residents. Fees is listed as follows: First hour is free, 1-4 hours is $12, 4-24 hours is $15, and each additional day $15, and includes in-and-out access at any Caesars Entertainment self-parking facilities. Hotel guests can use their room keys to access any of the Caesars Entertainment self-parking facilities. For the latest pricing, view parking information here.
What and where is the closest major airport?
Las Vegas is serviced by McCarran Airport, which is located approximately 3 miles from the conference center.
Will there be shuttle transportation available between the official conference hotels and CAESARS FORUM Conference Center?
All conference hotels are located a short walk from the conference center.
I have food allergies/intolerances. How can I request special food options?
Infor will offer specially prepared meals for attendees with dietary restrictions. You will be able to indicate this request during the registration process.
I require accessibility for special needs. Who do I contact about services before and during Inforum?
CAESARS FORUM Las Vegas is in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act required under Title III. You can contact us at email@example.com with specific requests prior to Inforum and visit us at the Registration Desk during the event.
Will there be an exhibit hall and if so, when will it be open?
Yes, referred to as The Hub, this is where Inforum converges, connects and intersects. Make sure to visit The Hub to meet with Infor experts and sponsors.
Where can I find out about exhibiting and sponsorship opportunities?
For sponsorship opportunities, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. You must be a current member of the Infor Partner Network to be eligible to sponsor at Inforum.
Will I be able to purchase Infor-branded merchandise, such as apparel and accessories?
Yes, the Infor Store will be stocked with unique gifts and must-have merchandise proudly branded with the Infor logo.
