Hotel reservations at designated hotels with discounted Inforum rates are accessible at the end of the online registration process. Alternately, you can complete your registration and log in later to book a hotel room. Hotel reservations or changes to existing reservations must be done by August 4, 2020. Availability of Inforum rates will be at the discretion of the hotel after August 4 2020. Hotel rates listed do NOT include the applicable sales or occupancy taxes.

New Orleans is serviced by the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport, which is located approximately 15 miles from the Convention Center.
Taxicab booths are located on the first level of the Terminal outside of Baggage Claim Belts 1 and 14. Taxi rides cost $36 to the Central Business District (CBD) or the French Quarter (west of Elysian Fields) for up to 2 passengers.
Discounted shuttle service is available through Airport Shuttle New Orleans. The discount only applies to reservations made through this link. The cost will be $40/pp Round Trip or $20/pp One Way.
Uber and Lyft offer transportation services from the Airport. Passengers can meet their app-based ride service outside of the Ground Transportation Center located on the first floor of the Short-Term Parking Garage by crossing the pedestrian crosswalk located outside of Baggage Claim 6.
Ample parking is available at the Convention Center for a daily fee.
