Will luggage check be available at the convention center?

We will provide a coat/bag check at the convention center Mon, Sept 23 through Thurs, Sept 26. Current charge is $2 per coat and $3 per bag.


What is the cost to attend Inforum?

Regular Now – September 21, 2019 $1,295
Onsite September 22 – September 26, 2019 $1,695

Are registration packages available?

Yes, group packages are available, but must be purchased at one time by selecting the appropriate option during registration.


For 2-5 Registrations – $1095/each
For 6-10 Registrations – $995/each
For 11+ Registrations – $795/each


Day pass: $895—Provides one-day access on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Specific day must be selected at time of registration. Day pass includes: General Session (Tues and Wed only), education sessions, academies, The Hub with hands-on demos, partner exhibits, and Speed Sessions. Note: Only the Monday pass includes the Welcome Reception and only the Wednesday pass includes the Customer Appreciation Event.

What are the Inforum cancellation policies and fees?

Conference cancellations received no later than May 21, 2019 will not be charged a cancellation fee. Conference cancellations received May 22 through August 6, 2019, will be refunded less a $300 processing fee per registration. No refunds will be given for any Inforum registration cancellations received after August 6, 2019. Processing fees will be deducted from the refund being provided to the registrant. Refunds will not be provided to individuals who are no-shows to the event. Cancellation requests not received in writing will not be honored. Fees and costs associated with the cancellation of any travel reservations and/or hotel reservations are the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.

What are the accepted registration fee payment options?

Registration fees can be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Checks are accepted for payments for $10,000 USD or more. Payment inquires can be sent to

I have registered but can no longer attend; can another person go in my place?

All substitutions must be sent in writing via email to No fee will be charged for processing substitutions.

Are guest passes available for Inforum?

Guest Passes are available for the following:


  • Monday Welcome Reception – $100
  • Wednesday Customer Appreciation Party – $200

Guests are not permitted to attend the conference sessions. Guest passes can be purchased at time of registration or on-site at Inforum. Limit of one Welcome Reception and/or Customer Appreciation Party guest pass per registrant can be purchased. All guest pass purchases are based upon availability. Please note guests must be 21 years of age or older.


What type of sessions will be available to me?

What are Academy sessions?

Academy sessions are limited-size, hands-on computer lab classes offered across a number of products and a variety of topics. There are two types of Academy sessions: 45-minute Test Drive and 105-minute Skills Development. The purpose of the test-drive academy is to give you the opportunity to experience and evaluate Infor software hands-on. The skills development sessions provide you the opportunity to learn how to solve a business process, hands on using Infor software. Advance registration is required via the Agenda Builder for Academy sessions, and participants are limited to two sessions to ensure all customers have the opportunity to experience these valuable environments.

When can I register for sessions and Academies?

You can register for sessions and Academies via the Agenda BuilderPlease note only two Academies allowed per registered attendee.

What is the Agenda Builder and when will it be open on the website?

The Agenda Builder is an online tool that allows you to build your own personal schedule for the conference. By using the online session catalog, you can add sessions to your agenda, as well as include personal appointments. The Agenda Builder is available now.

Does Inforum have a Call for Presentations and how can I submit a presentation idea?

Each year, many of the most popular education sessions at Inforum are those presented by Infor customers just like you. Call for Presentations closed on May 17, 2019.  Thank you to all who submitted presentations.



What hotels are available for Inforum attendees?

How do I book a hotel using the special Inforum rates?

Inforum 2019 housing is now closed.


For CHANGES to existing reservations or CANCELLATIONS:  please contact your hotel only AFTER you have received the e-mail confirmation from the hotel directly.  Hotel reservation confirmations should be received on or after Thursday, September 5th and will be sent to the e-mail used during your Inforum 2019 registration.

Will there be parking? How do I get to the Ernest N Morial Convention Center by car?

Ample parking is available at the Convention Center for a daily fee.


  • $15.00 per vehicle with no in/out allowance for Lots F-G (cash only)
  • $25.00 per oversized vehicle (Lot J/K only)

Overnight parking is prohibited.

What and where is the closest major airport?

New Orleans is serviced by the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport, which is located approximately 15 miles from the Convention Center.


Discounted shuttle service is available through Airport Shuttle New Orleans.  The discount only applies to reservations made through this link.  The cost will be $40/pp Round Trip or $20/pp One Way.


Taxicab booths are located on the first level of the Terminal outside of Baggage Claim Belts 1 and 14. Taxi rides cost $36 to the Central Business District (CBD) or the French Quarter (west of Elysian Fields) for up to 2 passengers.


Uber and Lyft offer transportation services from the Airport. Passengers can meet their app-based ride service outside of the Ground Transportation Center located on the first floor of the Short-Term Parking Garage by crossing the pedestrian crosswalk located outside of Baggage Claim 6.


Will there be shuttle transportation available between the official conference hotels and Ernest N Morial Convention Center?

Yes, for all conference hotels located more than 0.5 miles from the convention center.
