What is the recommended attire for Inforum?
Will luggage check be available at the convention center?
We will provide a coat/luggage check at the convention center Mon, Sept 24, through Thurs, Sept 27. Current charge is $3.00 per item
What is the Inforum full conference registration fee?

Are there other registration packages available?
Group package: Purchase ten (10) Full Conference passes and receive the 11th Full Conference registration pass for free. Note the 10 full conference passes must be purchased at one time using the group discount package during registration.
Day pass: $895—Provides one-day access on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Specific day must be selected at time of registration. Day pass includes: General Session (Tues and Wed only), education sessions, academies, The Hub with hands-in demos, partner exhibits, and Speed Sessions. Note: Only the Wednesday pass includes the Customer Appreciation Event.
What are the Inforum cancellation policy and fees?
Conference cancellations received no later than May 22, 2018, will not be charged a cancellation fee. Conference cancellations received May 23 through August 7, 2018, will be refunded less a $300 processing fee per registration. No refunds will be given for any Inforum registration cancellations received after August 7, 2018. Processing fees will be deducted from the refund being provided to the registrant. Refunds will not be provided to individuals who are no-shows to the event. Cancellation requests not received in writing will not be honored. Fees and costs associated with the cancellation of any travel reservations and/or hotel reservations are the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.

What are the accepted registration fee payment options?
Registration fees can be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Payment inquires can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Checks are accepted for payments for $10,000 USD or more.
I have registered but can no longer attend; can another person go in my place?
All substitutions must be sent in writing via email to email@example.com. No fee will be charged for processing substitutions.
Are group discounts available?
Yes, purchase 10 Full Conference passes and receive the 11th registration pass for free. Note the 10 full conference passes must be purchased at one time using the group discount package during registration.
Is a guest package available for Inforum?
The Welcome Reception guest pass is $100, and the Customer Appreciation Party guest pass is available for $200. Guests are not permitted to attend the conference sessions. Guest passes can be purchased at time of registration or on-site at Inforum. Limit of one Welcome Reception and/or Customer Appreciation Party guest pass per registrant can be purchased. All guest pass purchases are based upon availability. Please note guests must be 21 years of age or older.
Can my guest walk through The Hub/Expo?
Your guest may only be present in The Hub for customer events such as the Welcome Reception and Customer Appreciation Event. During all other times, only conference attendees are allowed in sessions or The Hub.
What type of sessions will be available to me?
The full track listings and session catalog will be available April 17, 2018, so check back to learn more about Inforum education opportunities. Types of sessions will include (but are not limited to):

- Product sessions: Dive deeper into product features and functionality targeted to your needs (from beginners to advanced users).

What are Academy sessions?
Academy sessions are limited-size, hands-on computer lab classes offered across a number of products and a variety of topics. Advance registration is required via the Agenda Builder for Academy sessions, and participants are limited to two sessions to ensure all customers have the opportunity to experience these valuable environments.
When can I register for sessions and Academies?
You will be able to register for sessions and Academies July 31, 2018 via the Agenda Builder tool. Please note only two Academies allowed per registered attendee.
What is the Agenda Builder and when will it be open on the website?
The Agenda Builder is an online tool that allows you to build your own personal schedule for the conference. By using the online session catalog, you can add sessions to your agenda, as well as include personal appointments. The Agenda Builder will be available July 31, 2018 and via a mobile tool onsite at the event.
What hotels are available for Inforum attendees?

How do I book a hotel using the special Inforum rates?
Hotel reservations at designated Inforum hotels with the special negotiated Inforum rates are accessible at the end of the online registration process or you can complete your registration and log in later to book a hotel room. Hotel reservations or changes to existing reservations must by done by August 28, 2018; otherwise, they can be made directly with the hotel beginning Monday, September 3, 2018. Availability of Inforum rates will be at the discretion of the hotel after August 28, 2018.
Can I book my hotel before I register for the conference?
No, you make your hotel reservation when you register for Inforum. Please note: While booking your hotel reservation is part of the registration process, your hotel cost is in addition to the registration fee.
When will I receive a hotel confirmation?
Confirmations of hotel reservations come directly from the conference hotels and will be sent approximately two weeks prior to Inforum.
Will my hotel room be charged for the room guarantee?
Most hotels will not pre-charge your credit card at the time the reservation is made, but there are some hotels that will charge your credit card for a one (1) night’s room and tax deposit 4 to 5 weeks prior to arrival. All fees for the hotel need to be paid upon check out using your credit card provided when you check in to the hotel. Please note: Some hotels have varying cancellation policies. Failure to check into the hotel or to cancel a reservation as outlined on your confirmation may result in credit card charges to your account.
If I hold my hotel room with a credit card, can I pay by check or cash on-site?
This varies between hotels. Please email Inforum Support for further details regarding your hotel of interest.
How do I make changes to my existing hotel reservation?
You can modify an existing reservation within the Housing section of your Inforum registration account through August 28, 2018. After this date, all reservation requests will be transferred to the Inforum hotels for entry into their systems. You can contact them directly for any modifications beginning Monday, September 3, 2018.
Where is the closest parking garage? How do I get to the Walter E. Washington Convention Center by car?
There is no on-site parking at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. However, there are more than 3,000 parking spaces in a 3-block radius of the facility. The average price for event day parking usually starts at around $15 a day and is subject to change. See parking garages and directions on how to get to Walter E. Once purchased, parking is 100% guaranteed even if the location otherwise fills up. Simply present your purchase confirmation at the selected location, and this serves as your payment with no additional payments or fees ever. Parking availability is very limited, so it is strongly recommended that you purchase your parking in advance, if driving.
What and where are the closest major airports?
The Washington, DC metropolitan area is serviced by three major airports: Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI)
Reagan National Airport: Reagan National Airport is located just across the Potomac River in Virginia and is the closest airport to Washington, DC. It is accessible via its own Metro stop on the Blue and Yellow Lines. To catch a taxi, look for the official taxi stand outside of baggage claim. A ride into downtown DC will cost about $15-$20. Dulles Airport: Dulles Airport is located 26 miles from DC in suburban Virginia. It has a dedicated access road that makes getting into the city efficient via car, taxi or airport shuttle. Washington Flyer taxi cabs are the exclusive taxi provider to service Dulles Airport. Taxi stands can be found outside the main terminal at Door 2 and Door 6. A ride into DC will cost about $100.
Washington Flyer also offers a Silver Line Express Bus that drops off at the Wiehle-Reston East Metrorail station about 15 minutes from Dulles. Silver Line Express Bus fare is $5 for one way. BWI Airport: BWI Airport located in Baltimore, MD, is about 40 miles from the Convention Center. BWI Airport is accessible via an Amtrak train route that drops off at DC’s Union Station. A reserved seat on the train will cost $15-$30. A taxi will cost about $100. Visit the BWI Airport ground transportation page for more information.
Will there be shuttle transportation available between the hotels and Walter E. Washington Convention Center?
Yes, for all hotels located more than 0.5 miles from the convention center – schedule TBD.
